Ex - Wall Street turned regenerative skincare maker. Harri launched My Neighbor's with a baby on her hip and a dream in her heart to bring ancestral skincare into modern homes.

Nathan Moser
Father to Stella. Designer of beautiful things. From packaging to digital, Nathan brings the creative vision behind the brand to life, with a healthy side dose of art and music. (Not to mention our token guy on the team)

Oona Albert
Oona keeps the wheels turning and the tallow rendering. As Head of Operations, she’s the steady heartbeat behind our production — overseeing every batch, shipment, and system with an unmatched eye for detail. When she’s not making sure every balm and bottle leaves the lab perfectly, you’ll find her horseback riding through the Hudson Valley & The Berkshires or hunting down vintage treasures. She’s our resident perfectionist — the most precise, organized, and foodie person we know.

Melly Wright
Photographer and mama to Lilah, Melly captures the heart of our brand through images and words that weave connection and community. All the way from the West Coast to our home here in the Hudson Valley.
